The Design Brief

This American-Israeli couple was expecting their 3rd child and finally leaving his bachelor pad to settle roots in a beautiful rental apartment in the center of town.

What we created

Working strictly within a set budget, we replaced the flooring, adding minimal touches to their kitchen, and fully focused on their living room and garden, and bedrooms. We created a full built in unit to showcase their large book collection, and the hub of the living room. We also built a new work from home office niche in the front entrance that also hides the computer table mess.

Additionally, we furnished and repainted all the bedrooms. Their budget didn't allow us to replace the cabinets so we matched a clean glass backsplash to the current color and splashed a contrasting colour on the wall. Lighting fixtures were custom built in the hallway and above the dining room table. Everything was guided by elegant solution seeking in order to stretch their budget as far as possible.
